Hours of work. –
No adult shall be employed or allowed to work about the business of an establishment for more than nine hours on any day or 48 hours in any week and the occupier shall fix the daily periods of work accordingly.
Provided that during any period of stock taking or making of accounts or any other purpose as may be prescribed, any adult employee may be allowed or required to work for more than the hours fixed in this section, but not exceeding 54 hours in any week subject to the conditions that the aggregate hours so worked shall not exceed 150 hours in a year.
Provided further that advance intimation of at least three days in this respect has been given in the prescribed manner to the Chief Inspector and that any person employed on overtime shall be entitled to remuneration for
such overtime work at twice the rate of his normal remuneration calculated by the hour.

In India Everything happens only in Papers In reality no one will implement. If you complain then again you have to pay money Lawyers and Police. Without money they will not work. They are assisted to work only for Rich and politicians people.
yes sure nobody will care for us….. And government people have all the facilities. But what about us? Nothing what ever we work for over time we will get only 50rs per hour thats our value…. I think every employees are facing this problem… In this 7000 or 8000 what we can for a monthly expenses… this all bull shit things… they are taking our money and giving back to us itself…. it really sucks me… because of these reasons only so many will go for abroad and some other foriegn countries to settle themelfes…. Those who complaining first take this issue with immediate supervisor or department manager. If no response, email company HR. if not, write a complaint letter to Labour dept chief inspector. Those who cannot complaint for earning money cannot speak here.
There is no labour law applicable in India for staff employees working in Establishments. Most of the employers are taking work from their employees as they desire after payikng minimum consolidated salary. There is no personal or social life of these employees. No authority can do anything in this regard, as they are busy in their own business.

Hi, after learning, start your own business, this is India, lots of people in the queue, and stop to make children, if you earn 100000 a month that can go for children. after 3 /4 years experience in any field, you may able to make that money, it’s not easy but you can. Here no one pays what you want, only you know your value.
