Banks are closed from 17 to 20
According to the list released by the Reserve Bank, there are a total of 16 bank holidays in the month of September. This also includes Saturday and Sunday holidays. Let us tell you that since 17th of next week will be Sunday, banks will remain closed. Apart from this, banks are closed in different cities on 18th September, 19th September and 20th September due to Ganesh Chaturthi.

September 17, 2023- Sunday, weekly holiday (banks will remain closed across the country on this day).
September 18, 2023 – Banks will remain closed in Karnataka and Telangana on the occasion of Vinayak Chaturthi.
September 19, 2023 – Banks will remain closed in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Orissa, Tamil Nadu and Goa on Ganesh Chaturthi.
September 20, 2023 – Banks will remain closed in Orissa and Goa due to Ganesh Chaturthi (second day) and Nuakhai.

>> 28 September 2023- Due to Eid-e-Milad, banks will remain closed in Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Belapur, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Dehradun, Telangana, Imphal, Kanpur, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Raipur, Ranchi.
>> 29 September 2023- Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, banks will remain closed in Gangtok, Jammu and Srinagar.
