Though  there is  no  penalty  for  not  constituting  exclusive    women`s  welfare  group  in  a  Govt, org.    but  some  direction  can  be  obtained  from  courts  for  constituting  the  said  group  such  as ,  GSAC   ,Ans.2.  Actually  these  committee  are  different  and  they  work  in their domain, and  in  many  organization  different  committee  have  the  same  persons  as  their  members  thus  each  committee are  exclusive. Ans.3.  The  harrass women  can  take  take  help  of  &quot;WOMEN HELPLINE&quot;  Or  can  lodge complaint  women  commission,  they  can also  help  STATE/DISTRICT  Legal  aid  service.   Ans.4.  Section 354A(for  harassment ), Section 354 outrage her  modesty, Section  354C Voyeurism ,Section and 354D stalking
Section  509  insult  the  modesty  of  women.

All are  section  of  indian penal code (IPC).]]></description>

2. There is a &#039;Grievance Committee&#039; existing in the organisation which looks after all the grievances of the employees including service related matters, harassment at work place,any other issues. Is it okay OR there shall be a committee exclusive for women welfare to deal with the cases of harassment?
3. what shall the victim do if the grievance committee in the govt. organisation hesitates to receive the complaint &#038; wish to stay away from such responsibilities?
4. You have guided the law for a Rape victim. Can u plz post the laws for harassment of women in work place?]]></description>
