					<description><![CDATA[Harassment is a word, act for which actions can be taken against either for- Man or  Women. There are various forms or ways member of the company get&#039;s harassed; it can either be physical harassment or a verbal harassment. Unfortunately, we tend to focus only on physical harassment more then the mental or a verbal harassment that happens very often. Be it any member- Employee (most of the time) and an Employer (very rare case) faces harassment in verbal form and if such like incident happens people to raise voice and learn to fight against and say no to these kind a harassment. It is equally important to fight back against harassment be it is in any form because Harassment is a word for which actions can be taken in any form.
