The central government is going to give two gifts each to the employees and pensioners, the discussion of which is going on fast. The government is going to increase the fitment factor along with the increase in DA.

If the government increases the DA and fitment factor, then a bumper increase in salary is believed to be possible. It is believed that the government can make this announcement soon. The government has not made any official announcement, but media reports are claiming till May 15.

The Modi government is now expected to increase the DA of pensioners of central employees by 4 per cent soon. After this, DA will increase to 46%, after which there will be a decent increase in salary. The employees are getting the benefit of 42 per cent DA in the hike. According to the 7th Pay Commission, DA is increased twice a year.

The enhanced DA rates are implemented from January and July. Now the rates of the increase in DA will be considered applicable from July 1, 2023. For information, let us tell you that the government has increased the DA by 4 percent a few days ago, the rates of which have been implemented from January 1.

There will be a bumper increase in fitment factor

The government is also going to announce an increase in the fitment factor for central employees. After this, there will be a bumper increase in salary, the discussion of which is going on fast. The fitment factor of government central employees will be 2.4 times and 3.7 times. After this the basic salary will increase from Rs 18,000 to Rs 26,000. Accordingly, there will be an increase of Rs 8,000 in the basic salary.
