Visit the official website of UIDAI: https://uidai.gov.in

  • Go to the Aadhaar Services section and click on the Aadhaar Authentication History option
  • Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number
  • Enter the captcha code and generate OTP
  • After entering the OTP, you can see when and through which medium your Aadhaar has been used – like bank, mobile number verification, government scheme etc.
