]]> School Holiday declared:  On the instructions of the District Magistrate, holiday has been declared till January 6 in the schools from pre-primary to class 8 of the capital Lucknow. This decision was taken in view of the severe cold. Orders have been issued by BSA to all the schools.

In view of the severe cold and cold wave, the Basic Education Officer has declared holiday till January 6 in all the schools from classes Pre-Primary to 8th in the capital Lucknow. Also, the timings of schools from class 9 to 12 have been changed. School timings up to class 12th have been changed from 10 am to 3 pm.

In the order issued by BSA Ram Pravesh, it has been said that the above order should be strictly followed on the instructions of the District Magistrate. Strict action will be taken against those who do not follow the rules.
