CBSE Sample Papers 2025: Highlights of sample paper and marking scheme

CBSE 10th, 12th Datesheet 2025: CBSE 10th and 12th board practical exams will start from November 5, 2024. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the schedule of practical exams for matriculation and intermediate students. Students who are going to appear in the board examinations this year can check the schedule (CBSE 10th, 12th Board Practical Exam Schedule) and SOPs notice by visiting the official website of the board (CBSE) cbse.gov.in.

According to the notice released by CBSE, the practical exams will be conducted from November 5 to December 5, 2024. The board has also released the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for the examinations along with the date of practical exams. The official notice states, “Practical examinations/projects/internal assessments for the session 2024-25 for classes 10th and 12th for winter schools will be held from November 5, 2024 (Tuesday) to December 5, 2024 (Thursday).”

Moreover, as per the board’s examination bye-laws and study plan, practical assessments for all affiliated schools in India and abroad will begin from January 1, 2025. However, winter schools may remain closed throughout January due to seasonal conditions.

Schools holding winter exams will have to follow guidelines, including preparing a final list of students, ensuring that only those included in the online list of candidates (LOC) participate, arranging for external examiners and supervisors through the regional office, and ensuring completion and sending of practical exam material on time.

CBSE Board has announced the class 10th, 12th exam dates for the academic year 2023-24. CBSE class 10th, 12th board exam of the year 2024 will be held from 15th February. In an official press release, CBSE said, “The board has decided to conduct the examinations for 2024 from 15 February 2024.”

This year, the overall pass percentage of CBSE Board’s 10th exam stood at 93.12%, while the pass percentage for class 12th students stood at 87.33%. CBSE Board Class 10th and CBSE Board Class 12th Result 2023 are available on the official website of the board, cbseresults.nic.in. Students can also check CBSE 10th, 12th Result 2023 through SMS and DigiLocker.

CBSE has just given the date of board exam only. CBSE Class 10th Datesheet 2024 and CBSE Class 12th Datesheet 2024 will be announced by the board later. Let us tell you that for the academic session 2022-23, CBSE board’s class 10th, 12th examinations started from February 15.

This year the CBSE Class 10th board exams were conducted from February 15 to April 5, while the Class 12th board exams 2023 were held from February 15 to April 5. Let us inform that in the year 2022 also CBSE Board had announced the 2023 board exam date.

UP board result has been released

It is being told that in May, CBSE will release the results of 10th and 12th students. However, no official announcement has been made in this regard yet. Earlier, the UP board has released the result of the exam. The result of 10th and 12th examination was released simultaneously by the UP Board. Students are hopeful that soon CBSE will also release the result.

Let us inform that last year CBSE had released the result of 10th and 12th without any prior notice. This year CBSE 10th exam was held from 15th February to 21st March and 12th exam was held from 15th February to 5th April. This year 38.83 lakh students appeared for the exam.
