										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>GST e-invoicing: Companies with a turnover of more than five crore rupees will have to issue e-invoices from August 1. The rule of GST invoice is changing for companies with turnover of more than five crores.</strong></p>
<p>Companies with a turnover of more than five crore rupees will have to issue electronic or e-invoice (challan) for B2B transactions from August 1. As of now, units with a turnover of Rs 10 crore or more have to generate e-invoices for B2B transactions.</p>
<p><strong>The new rule will be applicable from August 1</strong></p>
<p>According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Finance on May 10, the limit for generating e-invoices for B2B transactions has been reduced from Rs 10 crore to Rs 5 crore. This arrangement will be applicable from 1st August.</p>
<p><strong>The scope of MSMEs will increase</strong></p>
<p>Mahesh Jaisingh, Partner, Indirect Taxes – Leader, Deloitte India said that with this announcement the coverage of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) under e-invoicing will increase and they will need to implement e-invoicing. AMRG &amp; Associates Senior Partner Rajat Mohan said the phased implementation of e-invoicing has reduced bottlenecks, improved compliance and increased revenue. E-invoicing was initially implemented for large companies with a turnover of more than Rs 500 crore and within three years this limit has now been reduced to Rs five crore.</p>
<p><strong>Another rule will change regarding GST e-invoice</strong></p>
<p>Last month in April, there was an update that companies with a turnover of Rs 100 crore and above will have to upload their electronic invoices (e-invoices) on the Invoice Registration Portal (IRP) within 7 days. This rule was to come into force from May 1, 2023, but at present it has been postponed and there is no further update on it.</p>
<p>Explain that within seven days of the issue of such an invoice, such companies will have to &#8216;upload&#8217; it in electronic form on the IRP. Now companies put such invoices on the current date. It has nothing to do with the date of issue of the invoice. GSTN said that in order to ensure timely compliance, this category of taxpayers will not be allowed to &#8216;report&#8217; invoices older than seven days.</p>

According to the latest survey of wage growth in India by global professional services company AON Plc, salaries are expected to increase by 10.4 percent during 2023.</p>
<p>This figure is higher than the estimate of 9.9 percent increase in February salaries. At the same time, there was an increase of 10.6 percent in the salary during 2022. Under the study, data of 1,300 companies from more than 40 industries in the country has been analyzed. It said that the job loss rate in the first half of 2022 stood at a high of 20.3 percent. Therefore, there is pressure on companies to increase salaries.</p>
<p>This rate is less than 21 percent in the year 2021. According to the survey, this trend is likely to continue for the next few months. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Salary Hike In 2023:</strong> Companies in India can increase salary by 10 percent in 2023, which will be half percent more than the average salary increase of 2022. In 2022, companies in India had hiked salaries by an average of 9.5 percent. According to a report, companies are facing tough conditions in the labor market.</p>
<p>The salary budget plan report by Willis Towers Watson, a global advisory, broking and resolution services company, found that companies in India are budgeting for a 10 per cent wage increase during 2022-23. The actual wage increase in the previous year was 9.5 per cent</p>
<p>According to the report, more than half (58 percent) of employers in India have budgeted for higher wage hikes for the current financial year than last year. Of these, a quarter (24.4 percent) did not make any changes to the budget.</p>
<p>The report said that compared to 2021-22, only 5.4 percent have reduced the budget.</p>
<p>According to the report, the highest salary increase in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region will be in India. Next year salaries will increase by six percent in China, four percent in Hong Kong and Singapore.</p>
<p>The report is based on a survey conducted in 168 countries in April and May 2022.
