Hence the fitment factor can be implemented from 2026 onwards.

If sources are to be believed, the fitment factor will not increase in the year 2023, but it can be increased by reviewing it in 2024. If it is increased to 3.68 as per the demand of the employees, then the salary will increase to ₹ 25760. On the other hand, if this happens, 68 lakh employees will get its benefit.
