The Union Cabinet led by PM Modi approved this project on Wednesday. This will bring big changes in the infrastructure of cities. A total of Rs 8,399 crore will be spent on these two corridors.
Indralok-Indraprastha corridor is being prepared as an extension of the Green Line. It will cross six other lines, which will increase the connectivity of the entire network. On the other hand, Lajpat Nagar-Saket G Block corridor will be completely elevated and it will connect four lines.
