Aligarh DM Visakh G. has ordered to keep all government and convent schools from nursery to 12th class closed on Thursday. AMU schools will also remain closed.

At the same time, an orange alert has been issued due to the continuous rain in Hathras. In view of the possibility of heavy rain and thunderstorms, holidays have been declared on 12th and 13th September in schools up to class 12th.

In fact, it rained all day on Wednesday, due to which the maximum temperature fell by 4.8 degrees and the minimum by 3.2 degrees Celsius. Waterlogging occurred in many areas of the city and countryside. Due to strong winds and rain, paddy crops fell in some areas.

Advisory issued for safety and protection

After the warning issued by the Meteorological Department, Aligarh DM has issued an advisory for safety and protection and has appealed to stay safe. The advisory says that in case of heavy rain and lightning, take shelter under a concrete roof.

In case there is no safe shelter nearby, sit in a squatting position with the heels of both feet joined together and the head bent on the toes. Cover the ears with the hands.

Due to 6 consecutive days of holiday in schools from Thursday to Tuesday, the faces of the students have blossomed. Noida schools closed due to rain, DM issued order, see update

DM order school closed: Due to incessant rains in Ghaziabad, Delhi, Noida, traffic jams, due to accumulation of water on the roads, some schools of Noida will remain closed today on July 26. The order to keep the school closed due to water-logging has been issued by the District Magistrate.

From around 8 am, the rain has stopped at many places, has slowed down at many places, there is a possibility of improvement in the situation. Roads have been blocked in the areas due to heavy rains, due to which a notice has been issued to keep the school closed. No information has yet been issued about whether the schools will remain closed in future or not. DM has declared holiday in schools on 26th July. After the order issued from the DM office, the holiday notice has also been issued by the schools.

According to an internal order issued by a Noida school, students who have already boarded the school bus will be brought to school and those who have not boarded the buses should not go.
