Central KYC

Subscribers have already been given the facility of digital application under the National Pension System (NPS) by the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) from the documents issued through DigiLocker, Aadhaar eKYC, PAN or bank account details. However, now NPS account can also be opened through paperless CKYC.

Authorized body

The regulator has said that now shareholders are also being given another option to open NPS account through online and paperless CKYC.
