• Visit the member portal of EPFO.
• Click on Services option in the menu.
• Click on For Employees.
• Select Member UAN/Online Service (OCS/OTCP).
• Login with the help of UAN and password.
• Select CLAIM (FORM-31, 19 & 10C) in Online Services.
• Verify the bank account number.
• Accept the Certificate of Undertaking.
• Click on Proceed for Online Claim option.
• In the new form, select PF ADVANCE (FORM – 31) from the dropdown in front of I want to apply for.

Step 3: Now go to Online Services and select your claim there (Form-31, 19, 10C and 10D).
Step 4: Now a new webpage will appear on your screen in which you enter all your details like name, date of birth and last four digits of your Aadhaar number.
Step 5: Now here you enter your bank account number and click on ‘verify’.
Step: 6 A pop-up will appear on your screen, asking you to provide ‘Certificate of Undertaking’.
Step 7: From the drop down menu, you have to select ‘PF Advance (Form 31)’.
Step 8: You have to select the ‘Pandemic outbreak (COVID-19)’ withdrawal form from the drop down menu.
Step 9: Enter the required amount and upload the scanned copy of the check and enter your address.
Step 10: Now a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number registered with Aadhaar, enter it.
