VAT reduced from 15 to 5 percent

Gujarat Minister Jitu Vaghani said, ‘The government has reduced VAT on CNG and PNG by 10 percent. This will help housewife women, auto rickshaw drivers and those who use CNG-run vehicles. Let us tell you that in Gujarat, VAT on CNG and PNG used in kitchen was 15 percent. After this change, now VAT has come down to 5 percent.

He said that this will reduce the prices of CNG by Rs 6 per kg and PNG rates by Rs 5 per cubic metre. Due to this, a big difference will be seen in the bills of the people in the coming time.
