Changes in TRAI rules

Sukanya Samriddhi Scheme

Under this scheme, action will be taken on all the accounts opened by grandparents for granddaughters. From October 1, only guardians can open these accounts. Old accounts will be transferred to the name of the guardian.

Three rules of PPF

From October 1, the Central Government will also implement new rules regarding Public Provident Fund. The Center has made 3 new rules regarding PPF. Under these three rules, action will be taken against those who have more than one account. Interest will not be available on post office savings account until the account holder turns 18 years old.

Last month, there was no change in the country’s capital Delhi on July 1, but on July 4, there was a slight increase of Rs 7 in the price. This time the maximum reduction i.e. 7 rupees more has been cut as compared to the other three metros. Commercial gas cylinder became cheaper

1. In the country’s capital Delhi, the price of gas cylinder has been reduced by Rs 100 and the price has come down to Rs 1680. Last time on July 4 there was an increase of Rs 7 and the price had come down to Rs 1780.
2. A reduction of Rs 93 has been seen in the prices of gas cylinders in Kolkata and the price has come down to Rs 1802.50. Last month the price was Rs.1895.50.
3. In Mumbai too, the price of gas cylinder has been cut by Rs 93. Due to which the price has come down to Rs.1640.50. In the month of July, the price of this category cylinder was Rs.1733.50.
4. In Chennai, the largest metropolis of South India, the price of gas cylinder has been cut by Rs 92.5 and the price has come down to Rs 1852.50. In the month of July, people here have to pay Rs 1945.

No change in the price of domestic gas cylinder

On the other hand, there has been no change in the price of domestic gas cylinders for the fifth consecutive month. In the country’s capital Delhi, the price of gas cylinder remains at Rs.1103. On the other hand, the price in Kolkata is Rs.1129.

The price of domestic gas cylinder in Mumbai remains Rs 1102.50 and in Chennai domestic gas cylinder is available at Rs 1118.50. The last change in the price of gas cylinders in all the four metros was seen in the month of March.
