The parents of the children should be residents of Madhya Pradesh and none of them should be income tax filers.

The girl child must be included in this scheme within the first year of her birth.
The girl child must remain unmarried till the age of 18 to get the final payment.
Only families living below the poverty line can apply for this.
Only two girls of the family get the benefit of this scheme and in case of twins, the third girl will also get the benefit.
Families who have adopted the girl child can also apply for this scheme.
