According to this, ‘Scheduled Maintenance: Some transactions on HDFC Bank Net Banking and Mobile Banking App will be unavailable from 3:30 am to 6:30 am on May 25.’

At the same time, the bank’s website states, ‘Accounts, deposits, fund transfers (NEFT, IMPS, RTGS and within bank transfers), online payments and some other transactions will not be available from 3:30 am to 6:30 am on May 25. During this time, customers will also not be able to make payments through UPI.’

Earlier on May 22, HDFC Bank had informed customers that card services would be affected due to scheduled maintenance. This included cash transactions from ATMs, pre-paid cards and credit card services. Also, in-store purchases, online transactions, prepaid card reloading were also not available.
