<p><strong>Which banks are giving the highest interest on FD?</strong></p>
<p><strong>Unity Small Finance Bank</strong></p>
<p>Unity Small Finance Bank is offering interest ranging from 4.5 percent to 9 percent to common investors. At the same time, the bank is giving interest ranging from 4.5 percent to 9.5 percent to senior citizens. The highest interest being given by the bank is on FD of 1001 days, which is 9 percent interest to common investors and 9.5 percent interest to senior investors.</p>
<p><strong>Sarvodaya Small Finance Bank</strong></p>
<p>Sarvodaya Small Finance Bank is offering interest ranging from 4 percent to 8.6 percent to general investors and 4.5 percent to 9.1 percent to senior citizens. Banks are offering the highest interest rate of 8.6 percent to general investors and 9.1 percent to senior investors on FDs of more than two years and less than three years.</p>
<p><strong>DCB Bank</strong></p>
<p>Common investors are getting interest ranging from 3.75 percent to 7.9 percent from the private sector DCB Bank. Senior citizens are being given interest ranging from 4.25 percent to 8.50 percent. These rates have come into effect on September 27, 2023.</p>
<p><strong>State Bank of India</strong></p>
<p>The country&#8217;s largest bank SBI is also offering attractive interest to FD investors. From SBI, common investors are getting interest ranging from 3.00 percent to 7.10 percent on FDs of 7 days to 10 years. At the same time, interest in the bank for senior investors ranges from 3.5 percent to 7.6 percent.</p>
<p><strong>HDFC bank</strong></p>
<p>HDFC Bank is offering interest ranging from 3 percent to 7.20 percent to common investors. Senior citizens are getting interest ranging from 3.5 percent to 7.75 percent on making FD in the bank. HDFC implemented the new interest rates on October 1, 2023.</p>
<p><strong>ICICI Bank</strong></p>
<p>Private sector ICICI Bank is offering interest ranging from 3 percent to 7.1 percent to investors. Whereas for senior citizens it ranges from 3.50 percent to 7.65 percent. <p>Bank of Baroda is giving 7.25 percent interest to general customers and 7.75 percent interest to senior citizens on FD of 2 to 3 years.</p>
<p>Punjab National Bank is giving 7.25 percent interest rate to general customers on 444 day special FD scheme and 7.75 percent interest rate on FD to customers above 60 years of age.</p>
<p>Punjab Sindh Bank is offering a strong interest rate of 7.40 percent to general customers and 7.90 percent to senior citizens on a tenure of 444 days.</p>
<p>Big public sector bank Canara Bank is offering 7.25 percent interest rate to general customers and 7.75 percent interest rate to senior citizens on 444 day FD scheme.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>FD Rates: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) started increasing interest rates from May last year. After increasing the interest rates of RBI, most all the banks started increasing the interest rates on FDs.</strong></p>
<p>After repeatedly increasing the interest rates of the banks, the interest rates of FD are also attracting the customers to invest. Mostly all these banks are offering FDs ranging from 7 days to 10 years.</p>
<p>The bank is offering interest ranging from 3 per cent to 7.50 per cent to the general public. At the same time, banks are offering interest ranging from 3.50 per cent to 7.85 per cent to senior citizens.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Unity Small Finance Bank has increased the interest rates of Fixed Deposit (FD) schemes. Senior citizens can now avail interest rate of up to 9 per cent on FDs invested for tenures of 181 days and 501 days respectively. The normal interest rate on FD for the same tenure is 8.50 per cent.</strong></p>
<p>For tenures of 7-14 days and 15-45 days, the bank offers 4.50 per cent and 4.75 per cent interest rates on fixed deposits for both general and senior citizens categories. The normal FD rate in case of 46-70 days is 5.25 per cent, while for senior citizens the rate is 5.75 per cent. A detailed list of revised Fixed Deposit rates of Unity Small Finance Bank is given below. These changes are effective from November 18, 2022.</p>

<p>In the announcement, Unity Small Finance Bank has also stated that the interest rates are subject to change without any prior notice. Further, it is also mentioned that for premature withdrawal of Fixed Deposit, the interest rate payable will be FD rate minus 1.00% for the period for which the deposit has actually run.</p>

Now banks are increasing their fixed deposit rates. Recently, Axis Bank, UBI and Indian Overseas Bank had given big relief to their customers and increased the rates of fixed deposits.</p>
<p>In this connection, now private sector ICICI Bank has also increased its interest rates. If you have an account with ICICI Bank, then first know here how much the bank has increased its FD interest rates.</p>
<p><strong>Bank increased interest rates on FD</strong></p>
<p>The bank has increased the interest rate by 25 basis points on FDs of less than Rs 2 crore. Although these interest rates have come into effect from September 26, but the increased interest rates on FDs above Rs 2 crore and less than Rs 5 crore are going to be applicable from today.</p>
<p>According to the official website of Union Bank of India, 3 percent interest is available on FDs from 7 days to 45 days, while 4.05 percent interest is available on 46 days to 90 days. Customers get 4.10 percent interest on FDs of 91 days to 180 days. The bank said that 4.60 percent interest is available for the period from 181 days to less than 1 year.</p>
<p>UBI customers get 5.35 per cent interest on FDs with tenures of 1 year, 5.45 per cent on FDs of 1 year to 2 years and 5.50 on FDs of 2 years to 749 days and 615 per cent on FDs of 750 days.</p>

<p><strong>Bank of Baroda had also revised</strong></p>
<p>Bank of Baroda has also changed the FD rates. The bank gives 3% interest on a period of 7 days to 45 days. At the same time, 4 percent interest is available on FDs with a tenure of 46 days to 180 days. Customers of the bank will get 4.65 per cent interest on term deposits with a tenure of less than 181 days to 1 year.</p>
<p>The bank said that customers will get 5.50 percent interest on FDs with a tenure of up to 1 year. Earlier customers used to get 5.30 percent interest on this. The bank gives 5.50 per cent interest for tenures less than 2 years. Deposits with tenures ranging from 2 years to 3 years earn 5.55 per cent and deposits with tenures ranging from 3 years to 10 years earn 5.65 per cent interest.</p>
