										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Indian Bank FD Rate : Public sector bank Indian Bank has increased its interest rates on Fixed Deposit. Indian Bank has increased the FD by 90 basis points i.e. up to 0.90 percent.</strong></p>
<p>These new new rates have come into effect from 29 October 2022. Indian Bank has increased interest rates by up to 90 bps on deposits with maturity of 1 year to 5 years or more after the revision.</p>
<p><strong>Here is the new interest rates on FD</strong></p>

<p>46 to 90 days &#8211; 3.25 percent</p>
</div>

<p>91 to 120 days &#8211; 3.50 percent</p>
</div>

<p>121 to 180 days &#8211; 3.85 percent</p>
</div>

<p>181 days less than 9 months &#8211; 4.50 percent</p>
</div>

<p>Less than 9 months to 1 year &#8211; 4.75 percent</p>
</div>

<p>1 year &#8211; 6.10 percent</p>
</div>

<p>Above 1 year to less than 2 years &#8211; 6.30 percent</p>

<p>3 years to less than 5 years &#8211; 6.40 percent</p>

<p>5 years &#8211; 6.40 percent</p>
</div>

<p>Above 5 years – 6.30 percent</p>
</div>

<p><strong>Senior citizens will get so much interest</strong></p>
</div>
<div class="Article_article-body__2J8AA">
<p>For senior citizens, deposits up to Rs 10 crore on domestic FDs will attract an additional interest rate of 0.50% per annum. For senior citizens aged 60 years and above, FDs of more than 5 years and up to 10 years will get an additional 0.25% interest.</p>

<p><strong>Senior citizens of 80 years will get these benefits</strong></p>
</div>

<p>Very senior citizens i.e. those aged 80 years and above will get an additional 0.25% interest under IB Golden Age Special Term Plan. This will be given on top of the interest received by the senior citizens.</p>
