Actually, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has revised its fixed deposit (FD) interest rates and savings account interest rates for deposits less than Rs 3 crore. The revised interest rates are effective from February 21, 2025.</p>
<h3><strong>8.75% interest for senior citizens</strong></h3>
<p>Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is offering 8.25% interest on FDs for a period of 18 months to general customers. Senior citizens get 8.75% interest for the same period. Earlier, the highest interest rate of 8.25% was offered on a period of 12 months.</p>
<h3><strong>Interest Rates on FD</strong></h3>
<p>Ujjivan Small Finance Bank offers FD interest rates of 3.75% for 7 to 29 days tenure, 4.25% for 30 to 89 days tenure and 4.75% for 90 to 180 days tenure. The bank is offering an interest rate of 7% for deposits of 6 months to less than 12 months and 8.10% for deposits of 12 months to less than 18 months. The highest interest rate of 8.25% is offered on 18-month tenure.</p>

<p>The interest rate on FDs with tenure of 18 months 1 day to 990 days is 7.75%. FDs with tenure of 991 days to 60 months get an interest rate of 7.20%. For long term deposits with tenure of 60 months 1 day to 120 months, the bank is offering an interest rate of 6.50%.</p>
<h3><strong>Interest Rates on Savings Account</strong></h3>
<p>You also get interest on the balance in your savings account. If your account balance is up to Rs 1 lakh, you will get 3.25% interest per annum. If your balance is more than Rs 1 lakh but less than Rs 5 lakh, the interest rate increases to 5% per annum. You will get 7.25% interest per annum on a balance of more than Rs 5 lakh and up to Rs 25 lakh. If your balance is more than Rs 25 lakh, you can get 7.50% interest per annum.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Bajaj Finance FD Rates: Bajaj Finance has increased the interest rates on fixed deposits. The company has decided to increase FD interest rates by 35 basis points. Now up to 8.20 percent interest will be available on FD.</strong></p>
<p>All the new interest rates on FD will be applicable from today i.e. March 4, 2023. Senior citizens will get a maximum interest of 8.20 per cent on FDs ranging from Rs 15,000 to Rs 5 crore for a period of 44 months. At the same time, those aged 60 years will get 7.95 per cent interest per annum in the same period.</p>
<p>According to the PTI report, the new rates will be applicable on all FDs with a period of 12 months to 60 months. The customer has the option to get this interest on the day of maturity, every month, quarter, six months or annually. You can open an FD with a minimum amount of Rs 15,000. At the same time, the maximum amount of online FD is five crore rupees. There is no maximum amount of offline. You can choose a tenure ranging from 12 to 60 months.</p>
<p><strong>This much new interest will be received</strong></p>
<p>Bajaj Finance&#8217;s FD of 12 to 14 months was earlier getting 7.15 per cent interest, which has now increased to 7.40 per cent. At the same time, earlier the interest in 15-month FD was 7.30 per cent, which has now increased to 7.45 per cent. Earlier the interest rate on FDs of less than 15 months to 23 months was 7.15 per cent, which has been increased to 7.50 per cent. In 18 months FD, the interest rate has been increased from 7.15 to 7.40 per cent. The interest rate for FD with a tenure of 22 months has been increased from 7.45 per cent to 7.50 per cent.</p>
<p><strong>Rate of interest for a period of two years</strong></p>
<p>The interest rate for a period of two years has increased from 7.50 per cent to 7.55 per cent. The interest rate on FDs of 25 months to 35 months has gone up to 7.35 percent. The interest rate for FD for a period of 30 months is 7.45 per cent. The rate on FDs with a tenure of 33 months has been increased from 7.70 per cent to 7.75 per cent. The interest rate for FDs with a period of 36 months to 60 months has increased from 7.60 to 7.65 percent. The interest rate of FD of 44 months has increased from 7.85 percent to 7.95 percent.</p>

Unity Small Finance Bank Limited (Unity Bank) has further increased its interest rates on FDs.</p>
<p>Senior citizens will be given an interest of 9 per cent per annum by the bank on FDs invested for a period of 181 and 501 days while retail investors can earn an interest of 8.50 per cent on investments made for the same period. This is the second time in the month of November that the bank has revised its interest rates.</p>
<p>Unity Bank has also increased its interest rates on callable and non-callable bulk deposits (deposits above Rs 2 crore). Callable Bulk Deposits offer an interest rate of up to 8% per annum while non-callable bulk deposits offer an interest rate of up to 8.10% per annum.</p>
<p>Savings account interest rates also increased For savings account, Unity Bank offers an interest rate of 7 per cent per annum on deposits above Rs 1 lakh and 6 per cent on deposits up to Rs 1 lakh.</p>

<p>Whereas on deposits maturing in 23 months to 3 years, the bank is now offering a maximum interest rate of 6.30% for general public and 6.80% for senior citizens.</p>
<p><strong>Kotak Mahindra Bank FD Rates</strong></p>
<p>The bank will get 2.75 on 7-14 days FD and 3.00 percent interest on FDs with 15-30 days maturity. FDs maturing in 31 to 45 days will be offered an interest rate of 3.25% and maturing in 46-90 days will now fetch an interest rate of 3.50%, which was 3.25% earlier.</p>
<p>Kotak Mahindra Bank has increased the interest on deposits maturing in 91 – 120 days from 3.75% to 4.00%. Maturity in 121 – 179 days has been increased by 25 bps to 4.25%. On fixed deposits maturing in 180 days to 270 days, the bank has increased the interest rate from 5% to 5.50% and on fixed deposits maturing in 271 days to 363 days from 5.25% to 5.75% . Deposits maturing in 364 days will now get an interest rate of 6.00%. Maturity from 365 days to 389 days will now fetch an interest rate of 6.10% instead of 6%.</p>
<p>Kotak Mahindra Bank has increased the interest rate on deposits maturing in 390 days (12 months 25 days) from 6.10% to 6.25%. On deposits maturing in 23 months to less than 3 years, the bank has increased the interest rate from 6.20% to 6.30% and Kotak Mahindra Bank on FDs maturing in 3 years and above but less than 4 years Offering an interest rate of 6.25%. Deposits maturing in 4 years and above and 10 years combined will now fetch an interest rate of 6.20% as against 6.10% earlier.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>SBI Fixed Deposit Rate Increased: Public sector Bank of India has announced a hike in interest rates on fixed deposit accounts of less than Rs 2 crore. According to the official website of the bank, the new FD interest rates have come into effect from August 10.</p>
<p>The bank is now offering higher interest rates on FDs with maturities ranging from 7 days to 555 days with interest rates ranging from 2.75% to 5.55%. The bank will continue to offer an interest rate of 2.75% on FDs maturing in 7 to 14 days, while the Central Bank of India will continue to offer interest at the rate of 2.90% on FDs maturing in 15 to 30 days. FDs maturing in 31-45 days will continue to get 3.00% interest rate and FDs maturing in 46-90 days will continue to get 3.35% interest rate.</p>
<p>Central Bank of India will continue to offer 3.85% interest rate on FDs maturing in 91 to 179 days, but on FDs maturing in 180 to 364 days, the bank has increased the interest rate by 10 basis points from 4.40% to 4.50% have make. 10 bps hike Apart from this, on FDs maturing in 1 year in less than 2 years, the bank has increased the interest rate by 10 bps from 5.25% to 5.35%.</p>

<p><strong>SBI also increased the interest rate</strong></p>
<p>On the other hand, SBI has announced an increase in interest rates for FDs below Rs 2 crore. According to the bank&#8217;s official website, the new interest rates are effective from August 13, 2022. SBI has increased interest rates by 15 basis points over several tenors in response to the revision.
