Payment Update & Refund Issues

The other major complaint is about payments failing or the application status not updating after a successful payment.

• The Solution: If the transaction is not updated on the portal, you must pay the fee again.

• Here’s the Kicker: The amount from the earlier, failed transaction will be automatically refunded to your bank account within a week’s time. Do not panic; do not raise a separate request. The refund is processed systemically.
