]]> Learner DL: If you have not got the license yet and you want to apply for it, then first of all you have to apply for the learner’s license. After the learner’s license, a permanent license is made. If you do not know the process of getting a learner’s license, then today we are going to tell you the online process of getting a learner’s driving license.

To apply for a Learning Driving Licence (LLR) online, you need to follow the following steps:

1. Visit the official website of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) sarathi.parivahan.gov.in.
2. Click on the “Online Services” tab.
3. Click on the “Learning License” link.
4. Select your state.
5. Select the “Applicant” option.
6. Enter your Aadhaar card number and mobile number.
7. Click on “Generate OTP”.
8. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number.
9. Click on “Submit”.
10. Now you have to fill an application form.
11. Enter all your personal information, education qualification, address and other required details in the application form.
11. Upload your passport size photo and signature.
12. Click on the “Fees” tab.
13. Pay the fee prescribed by your state government.
14. Click on “Submit”.
15. Your application will be submitted. You can track the status of your application online.

4.Fee
