]]> The central government is preparing to give a big gift to the pensioners. In fact, the government is working on developing a portal to make life easier for pensioners. This was informed by V Srinivas, Secretary, Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare (DoPPW).

Srinivas said that pensioners should not face any kind of problem. He said that for this, DoPPW is working on an artificial intelligence / machine learning enabled integrated pensioner portal. This portal will link the DOPPW portal – ‘Bhavishya’ and the pension portal of various banks. It will have the option of a chat bot to ensure smooth communication between pensioners, the government and the bank.

According to Srinivas, the department is also forming a technical team in collaboration with Punjab National Bank (PNB) as well as other banks to create a digital system.

EPFO also started this facility: Recently EPFO ​​has started a new facility for pensioners. Under this, pensioners can now take the help of face recognition facility to file their digital life certificate. It will help pensioners who face difficulties in matching their bio-metrics (fingerprint and iris) due to old age for filing life certificates.

EPFO Latest News: There is great news for lakhs of pensioners of the country. The government has started a special facility for 73 lakh pensioners of the country, so that now you can submit your digital life certificates in minutes.

Keeping in mind the facilities of the pensioners, the Union Ministry of Labor and Employment has started Face Authentication Technology.

Union Labor and Employment Minister Bhupendra Yadav informed that now pensioners can take the help of face recognition facility for filing digital life certificate.

Explain that due to old age, many times pensioners have to face trouble in matching their biometrics, keeping this facility in mind.

A statement has been issued by the Ministry of Labor saying that face authentication technology has been started for pensioners. Let us tell you that every year everyone had to file a life certificate to get the pension. The proof of the pensioner’s existence is also given through this certificate.

Along with this, training facility has also been started for the employees of EPFO ​​to operate these new facilities. Through this training policy, training will be given to employees and EPFO ​​officers to use these online technologies.

For this, about 14,000 employees of EPFO ​​will be given training facility in the next 8 days to use these new techniques.
