If the will is ready?

If the parents do not make any will and they die then all the children are given equal rights. That is, they will get equal rights in the parents’ earned property and ancestral property.

Rights in the family in which you were born?

This question may also come in the mind of the people that if the child is adopted by some other family then he will get the right in the property in the family in which he is born? This can happen only when the parent leaves the property in the will in the name of that child. The children who are adopted do not have any right on the property of the family in which they are born.

TVM facility started in 2018 

According to a DMRC statement, DMRC was the first metro system in the country to initially introduce this UPI facility on select Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) on the Noida and Ghaziabad sections in 2018. Now it is being extended to the rest of the network. TVM has already been upgraded at more than 125 stations in the Metro network. This facility is helpful in improving and speeding up ticketing services. In addition it provides a secure way of booking. 

How to get token from Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) using UPI 

• First select the service you want to use on the Ticket Vending Machine (TVM)
• Ticket Vending Machine offers multiple modes of payment, one of which is UPI
• Now a QR code will appear on the screen of the ticket vending machine
• After this you can scan it and pay

Use of UPI at Customer Care Center 

Passengers can tell the operator that they want to pay through UPI in the payment options menu at the Customer Service Centre. Now after UPI is confirmed as the preferred method, the PID screen will show a QR code. You can then pay using the smartphone and take the token.

Delayed ITR

Taxpayers who have not been able to submit their return (ITR) by July 31, 2022, have a chance to submit delayed ITR till December 31, 2022. Taxpayers who have made a mistake in filing the original ITR, then the taxpayer can rectify his mistake by filing a revised income tax return.

Process of filing belated ITR Belated or belated ITR is filed under section 139 (4) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Explain that the way the original ITR is filled, it is also filed in the same way. While filing belated ITR, a taxpayer needs to ensure two things. Section 139(4) has to be selected in the tax return form and the penalty amount, penalty interest and tax dues have to be paid.

Know how much is the fine:

Under Section 234F of the Income Tax Act, a fine of Rs 5,000 is imposed on a person who files ITR late. However, small taxpayers with taxable income up to Rs 5 lakh will have to pay a penalty of Rs 1,000 only. This late filing fee should be deposited before starting the process of filing belated ITR.
