– 31 December, Tuesday: New Year’s Eve/Losong/Namsung (Aizawl, Gangtok, Sikkim)

Apart from this, there are two other important holidays for banks in December:

However, Delhiites may get some relief from the heat. There is a possibility of scattered light rain with thunder, lightning and strong winds (30-40 kmph) in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand during June 19 to 22 and in Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan during June 19 to 20, 2024.

According to the IMD, light to moderate rain with thunder, lightning and strong winds (30-40 kmph) is likely to occur sporadic to fairly widespread over Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha during the next 5 days. At the same time, heavy rain is likely at some isolated places over Odisha and Bihar during the next 5 days. Orange alert has been issued regarding rain in Bihar.
