										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>School Closed: Due to the flood-like situation in the national capital, 10 schools located in the low-lying areas of Civil Lines area of ​​Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and seven schools in Shahdara area will remain closed on Thursday i.e. 13th July.</p>
<p>The civic body has given this information on Wednesday. Let us inform that the water level of Yamuna in Delhi reached the level of 207.83 meters on Wednesday and in this way the record of 207.49 meters of 1978 was broken.</p>
<p>Regarding the closure of schools, the MCD said in a statement, &#8220;Due to the flood-like situation in Delhi, the education department of MCD has closed 10 schools in low-lying areas of Civil Lines area, six schools in Shahdara (South) zone and Shahdara (North) zone.&#8221; It has been decided to keep a school in the zone closed tomorrow. Online classes will be organized for the students of these schools.” Significantly, a holiday was declared on July 11 in Delhi MCD affiliated and aided schools.</p>
<p><strong>Schools will remain closed here too</strong></p>
<p>Let us tell you that the period of continuous rain is going on in North India. Along with this, the Kanwad Yatra has also started. Keeping this in mind, the administration has declared holidays till July 17 in Haridwar district of Uttarakhand. During this, all schools from class 1 to 12 will remain closed. Apart from this, orders have been given to keep schools closed till July 15 in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The traffic police on Friday issued an advisory for the people regarding the routes which are likely to be blocked due to &#8216;Bharat Jodo Yatra&#8217;.</p>
<p><strong>Traffic will be affected in these areas</strong></p>
<p>The yatra will take rest at Ashram Chowk in the national capital at 11 am and then resume at 1 pm. Traffic is expected to be disrupted in many parts of central Delhi when the yatra will proceed towards Red Fort via Mathura Road, India Gate and ITO.</p>
<p><strong>Pedestrians will be traveling in large numbers</strong></p>
<p>It has been said in the advisory that the yatra will reach Jaidev Ashram near Ashram Chowk at around 10.30 am and end at Red Fort at around 4.30 pm. A large number of pedestrians and vehicles are expected to participate in the yatra at different stretches on this route.</p>
<p><strong>Traffic police made this request to the people</strong></p>
<p>There is a possibility of heavy traffic movement from Badarpur border to Red Fort. Commuters have been requested to avoid passing through these roads and make maximum use of public transport.</p>
