Now since DA has increased to 50 percent, it has increased to Rs 22,850. This will increase the total salary by Rs 1828. Apart from this, other allowances like HRA, CEA and TA also increase by 25 percent. For example, CEA i.e. Children Education Allowance will now increase from Rs 2812.50 per month to Rs 3516.60.
