The social security organization has said that it will offer Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) to all its Group ‘C’ and Group ‘B’ (non-gazetted) employees. As part of this bonus, eligible EPFO ​​employees will get PLB equivalent to 60 days’ salary, subject to a maximum of Rs 13,806.
