According to CBDT (Central Board of Direct Taxes), many banks have switched from OLTAS e-payment system of tax to TIN NSDL website. The new direct tax payment system has been named CPC 2.0 – TIN 2.0. Banks that have not migrated to the new income tax portal include Axis Bank, Central Bank of India, ICICI Bank, Indian Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Canara Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Bank of India, Federal Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank is included.

According to media reports, it was said in a report that the customers of the banks migrating to the new tax portal have been informed by the concerned bank. In the message sent by ICICI Bank to the account holders, it is written that the Income Tax Department has migrated ICICI Bank to the new tax information version 2.0 for direct tax payment.
