Banks across the country will remain closed on October 10 due to Maha Saptami and banks will also remain closed on October 11 due to Mahanavami
On October 12, banks across the country will remain closed on the occasion of Ayudha Puja, Dussehra and second Saturday

13, 17 and 20 October

Banks across the country will remain closed on 13 October due to Sunday holiday and on 17 October 2024, banks will remain closed in Assam on the occasion of Kati Bihu. Also, on the same day, banks in many states will remain closed due to Pragat Diwas i.e. Valmiki Jayanti.
Banks will be closed on Sunday on 20 October 2024, so there will be no work in banks on this day

26, 27 and 31

On October 26, banks will remain closed across the country due to the fourth Saturday of the month and in Jammu and Kashmir due to Accession Day
Banks will remain closed on 27 October due to Sunday weekly holiday
October 31, 2024 is Narak Chaturdashi and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birthday, so all banks across the country will remain closed on this day.
