Amit Shah On Operation Sindoor: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday openly praised the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’ and said that this operation has completely exposed Pakistan before the world. Shah claimed that Pakistani army officers attend the funerals of terrorists and this is proof that the neighboring country sponsors terrorism.

Home Minister Amit Shah was speaking at the Border Security Force (BSF) raising ceremony and Rustomji Memorial Lecture. He said, “Operation Sindoor is the result of strong political will of our Prime Minister, accurate information from intelligence agencies and lethal action by our army. When all these three come together, such operations are possible.”

Home Minister Amit Shah said, ‘We had to save the lives of our Indians… Police, Army did a very good job.’ The Army was targeted in Uri… For the first time we did a surgical strike and attacked terrorist hideouts. We hoped that this would send a strong message to Pakistan but we were targeted again. We did the Balakot strike. But Pakistan crossed all limits in Pahalgam. The whole world is praising our armed forces for carrying out precise strikes on terrorist camps. When Pahalgam was targeted, we launched Operation Sindoor on May 9 and targeted 9 terrorist camps and destroyed their camps.

Terrorists crossed all boundaries in Pahalgam

Shah said, ‘Our country has been facing Pakistan-sponsored terrorism for decades.’ Pakistan has carried out several major terrorist attacks in India in the past years but it has never received a response as strong as it has now. Recalling the terrorist incident in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, he said, “In Pahalgam, Pakistan-backed terrorists killed innocent people after asking them about their religion, that too in front of their families.”

We did not target military installations or airbases first.

Shah said, ‘Under Operation Sindoor, 9 terrorist hideouts were destroyed in a matter of minutes, 2 of which were headquarters.’ But it is important to understand that we did not target any military base or airbase in Pakistan. We only destroyed those terrorist hideouts that were responsible for crimes on Indian soil.

Operation Sindoor: A symbol of confidence and decisive leadership

Shah stressed that Operation Sindoor was not just a military operation but a symbol of new confidence and decisive leadership in India’s policy. Pakistan has been using terrorism as a strategy for a long time but that policy will not work now. Operation Sindoor has made it clear that India is no longer a country that just suffers, but responds.

Heat wave has started across the country. Meanwhile, the temperature had gone down due to storm and rain for a few days but now the situation is the same again. Summer vacations have been announced in various states.

Delhi Education Directorate has also released the summer vacation schedule in Delhi schools. However, this time, senior classes will continue in May-June in Delhi government schools as well.

Amidst the Indo-Pakistan tension, orders have been issued to keep schools closed for 2-3 days in many states. The summer vacations in West Bengal were to start from May 16, 2025. But now the Mamata government has changed the date of the summer vacations. The summer vacations will start in all schools in West Bengal from tomorrow i.e. May 09, 2025. This decision has been taken in view of the war situation between India and Pakistan. All schools in Delhi will remain closed from May 11, 2025.

The Delhi Education Directorate has announced summer vacations. All schools in the national capital will remain closed from May 11 to June 30, 2025. If the weather remains extremely hot even after June 30, 2025, then the vacations can be extended further. If the vacations are extended for more days, orders can also be issued for online classes. This order is specifically for government schools in Delhi. Private schools in Delhi can take a different decision regarding their vacations.

In most schools, classes are held for students of classes 9 to 12 even during summer vacations. The Delhi Education Directorate has also given the same order this year. During summer vacations, remedial classes will be organized for students of classes 9, 10 and 12 in all government schools of Delhi. The circular of the Education Directorate states that summer vacations will be held in schools from May 11 to June 30. Whereas, remedial classes will be conducted from May 13 to May 31.

According to this circular, remedial classes will be held between 7.30 am and 10.30 am. This will save children from the heat. In schools running in double shifts, remedial classes will be held in different wings to accommodate all students. Students of class 9 and 10 will study science and mathematics every day. A third subject may be added to it keeping in mind the needs of the students. The school principal can take this decision.

The post Summer Vacation: All schools are closed, yet these children will not get leave, read the latest order first appeared on Rightsofemployees.com.

According to the flight tracking portal, there was no civilian air traffic in the airspace over Pakistan and the western region of India between Jammu and Kashmir and Gujarat. This is because airlines are keeping a distance from the sensitive area.

15 days after the Pahalgam terror attack, India carried out Operation Sindoor and attacked Pakistan with an air strike. During this, the Indian Army has broken the back of Pakistan by firing missiles at 9 locations in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK). US President Trump’s first comment has come out regarding India’s action against Pakistan. He has given a big statement regarding the Indian strike.

They have been fighting for decades – Trump

US President Donald Trump on Wednesday said on Indian missile strikes in Pakistani territory that people knew something was going to happen. He said that we heard about it while passing through the Oval door. I think people knew through previous events that something was going to happen. They have been fighting for many decades. Trump has expressed hope that it will end very soon. (Donald Trump’s reaction on Indian strikes inside Pakistan)

US Foreign Department acknowledged the situation

The US State Department has also acknowledged this situation. However, the US has refrained from presenting an immediate assessment. In a statement given to ANI, the State Department spokesperson said that we are aware of the reports. But at this time we do not have any assessment to present. This remains an evolving situation and we are closely monitoring the developments.

DG ISPR called India a cowardly enemy

Pakistan’s army has confirmed that Indian missile attacks have targeted Muzaffarabad, Kotli and Ahmed East area of Bahawalpur. Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that some time ago, the cowardly enemy India has carried out air strikes on three places in Ahmed East area of Bahawalpur – Subhanullah Mosque, Kotli and Muzaffarabad.
