After the budget announcement by the Chief Minister, its notification has finally been issued by the Education Department. From April 1, 2023, teacher employees will get the benefit of increased salary.

Payment of 5 months arrear amount also

In such a situation, they also have to be paid the amount of arrears of 5 months from April to August. Earlier, computer teachers and SMC employees were angry due to non-increase in salaries. The teachers union said that during the budget, an increase of Rs 2000 in the salary of teachers was announced by Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu.
