How to get Ayushman Golden Card

• Open the link given below on the website of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana- https://bis.pmjay.gov.in/BIS/selfprintCard
• In this, you have the option to select only Aadhaar as an option. Click on the circle just before it.

• As soon as you click on Aadhaar , 3 boxes open in front of you, in which you will have to fill some information.

  • Select State *: In this you have to select the name of your state, as we have selected UTTAR PRADESH.

  • You have to tick the box like this.   • Generate OTP : Finally, click on this button at the bottom.

• Now select your state name from the dropdown list. Now you will get the option to check your name on the basis of some options. These options are-

  • With the help of HHD number (HHD number or Household Id number is a unique number, which is given to families after the SECC census.)
