School-Office Closed: There will be a government holiday tomorrow in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. DM Manish Verma has issued a public order regarding this. The DM has informed that a government holiday has been declared due to the Jalabhishek to be held tomorrow.

The District School Inspector has also informed the schools about the holiday. The order said that all schools and offices will remain closed tomorrow i.e. on 23 July 2025.

Schools will open on 24th July after a day’s holiday

On Mahashivratri, Kanwar pilgrims will visit different temples and offer water to Lord Shiva and perform Puja. During this time, there will be a large number of Kanwar pilgrims. Therefore, there is a possibility of huge crowd gathering at various places. Keeping in mind the security and arrangements, a holiday has been declared in the district. Now all schools and offices will open on July 24, i.e. the day after Shivratri.

Special security arrangements for Kanwar Yatra

Due to Shivaratri, lakhs of devotees will worship Bholenath and flock to temples for Jalabhishek. The administration’s goal is to ensure the safety of the devotees along with their faith.

In UP, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is keeping an eye on the Kanwar Yatra. 15 thousand policemen have been put on duty in 4 districts of Meerut range. Security is being ensured by creating 57 zones and 155 sectors in Meerut, Bulandshahr, Baghpat and Hapur.

In Meerut range, 5000 cameras are being used to monitor the security of Kanwar Yatra. Around 3500 policemen are being deployed in Ghaziabad, real time monitoring will be done through 1500 CCTV cameras. 700 traffic policemen are being deployed on all major Kanwar routes of Ghaziabad.

School holiday: The period of intense heat continues. In view of the scorching sun and rising temperatures, summer holidays have been announced in many states. In many states, summer holidays have been announced before time.

With the end of the examinations, the state government has decided to close the schools keeping in mind the health of the children and the heatwave.

So far, summer vacation has been announced in Delhi, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu, Himachal Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Summer vacation has already been implemented in Chhattisgarh, while vacation will be announced soon in states like Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Bihar.

Declaration of public holiday

Meanwhile, once again a public holiday has been declared. The benefit of which will be availed by the officials and employees along with the children. In the months of April, May and June, many schools do not have classes for a long time. In some states, the school timings are changed so that the children can be saved from the scorching sun. In such a situation, the Punjab government has declared a public holiday across the state on the occasion of Lord Parshuram Jayanti on 29 April. On this day all government offices, schools and colleges will also remain closed.

Many state governments have also announced the date of summer vacation

Apart from this, the date of summer vacation has also been announced by many state governments.

Summer vacation will be declared in Delhi schools from May 11 which will last till June 30. However, teachers will have to report to school by June 28 .
In Jharkhand, summer vacation began from May 22 and will continue till June 4.
In Tamil Nadu, the class-wise holiday schedule for students has been released. Summer break has been declared from 22 April to 1 June for students from classes 1 to 5, while for children from class 6 to 9, it is from 25 April to 1 June, and for class 10, it is from 15 April to 1 June.
In Himachal Pradesh, holiday has been declared from June 1 to June 8. In some areas, holiday has been declared from June 22 to July 29.
Summer vacation has started in Chhattisgarh. In fact, in view of the scorching heat, the school administration has announced early summer vacation.

Announcement yet to be made in these states

Along with this, in Uttar Pradesh too, summer vacation is expected from the second week of May, whereas in Bihar too, schools will be closed from the second week of May. The schools will be reopened only after June 15.
Summer vacation can be announced in Rajasthan from the first week of May. However, according to Shivira Panchang, summer vacation is expected to start from the second week of May and continue till the third week of June.

There will be a public holiday in the state on 17 February i.e. Monday. Due to which government offices, schools and colleges will remain closed. Let us tell you that the government has issued this order regarding the three-tier Panchayat elections. A notification has been issued by the General Administration Department regarding the public holiday. In which it has been told that this order will be applicable only in the areas where elections are being held.

Public Holiday: This is the reason for the holiday

According to the departmental order, voting for the three-tier panchayat elections will be held on Monday, February 17. Due to which there will be a public holiday on the day of election. It will be known that the three-tier panchayat elections in the state will be completed in three phases. Voting for the first phase will be held on Monday. Keeping this in mind, the General Administration Department had already issued an order. Let us tell you that public holiday will be applicable only in those areas where elections will be held. In other areas, schools and colleges will open at their scheduled time.

After the Nagar Palika elections, voting for the three-tier Panchayat elections will now be held on February 17, 20 and 23. Please note that the election results will also be released immediately after the District Panchayat voting.
