Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), West Central Railway (WRC) has released the notification for different Group C and D posts under the recruitment drive under Scouts and Guide Quota in West Central Railway for the year 2023-24. The online application process is going on and you can apply online for these posts on or before November 6, 2023.

10th/12th pass candidates with the eligibility given in the notification can apply for Scout and Guide Quota in West Central Railway under the major recruitment drive under advertisement number 04/2023.

RRC West Central Railway Educational Qualification 2023

Passed 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. 50% marks is not required for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates or where candidates have higher qualification i.e. Graduate/Post Graduate etc. from a recognized University.

If the candidates are appointed in the category of Clerk-cum-Typist, then the candidate should have a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Hindi. This speed should be within 2 years of appointment.

Candidates recruited under Salary Group C will get salary up to Rs 63200 per month. Whereas candidates getting jobs under Group D will get salary up to Rs 56900 per month.

Talking about age limit,

the age of the candidate for Level 2 has been kept at minimum 18 years and maximum 23 years.
The minimum age limit of the candidate for Level 1 is 18 years and maximum age limit is 33 years.
