A new month i.e. June will begin after four days. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the list of bank holidays for June 2025. Next month, banks will remain closed for a total of 12 days. These include several regional festivals including Bakrid, Sundays and weekly holidays on the second and fourth Saturdays of every month. Every year, the Reserve Bank of India prepares a list of holidays for all banks in consultation with the state governments and makes it public on its official website.

All government and private banks across the country remain closed on every Sunday and on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Apart from this, the RBI has also announced some state-level holidays which will be valid only in the respective states.
