										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Delhi MLA Salary Hike: Between the action of CBI and ED on the MLAs of Delhi Government, a good news has come to the fore. The salary and allowances of the members of the Delhi Legislative Assembly have been increased by 66 percent, after which now the MLAs of Delhi will get Rs 90 thousand per month and the Chief Minister, Ministers, Assembly Speaker and Leader of the Opposition will get Rs 1 lakh 70 thousand per month.</p>
<p><strong>Salary hike proposal got approval from the President</strong></p>
<p>The salary hike proposal was passed in the Delhi Assembly on July 4, 2022, after which it has now got the approval of the President. After the assent of the President, a notification has been issued by the Delhi Government for revision of salary.</p>
<p><strong>Who will get how much salary</strong></p>
<p>After the 66 percent increase in the salary and allowances of the members of the Delhi Legislative Assembly, the MLAs will get a salary of Rs 90,000, before that they used to get Rs 54,000. On the other hand, the Chief Minister, Ministers, Assembly Speaker and Leader of the Opposition will get a total of Rs 1 lakh 70 thousand per month including salary and allowances. Earlier he used to get 72 thousand rupees.</p>
<p><strong>Increase in salary and allowances of MLAs</strong></p>
<p>Delhi MLAs used to get Rs 18,000 constituency allowance every month, which has now increased to Rs 25,000. Conveyance allowance has been increased from Rs 6,000 to Rs 10,000, secretarial allowance from Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000, telephone allowance from Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000. After which now the MLAs will get Rs 90,000 per month instead of Rs 54,000.</p>
<p>Increase in salaries and allowances of ministers The salaries of the Chief Minister, Ministers, Assembly Speaker and Leader of the Opposition have been increased by 300 percent. Now he used to get a monthly salary of Rs 20,000, which has been increased to Rs 60,000. Along with this, constituency allowance has been increased from Rs 18,000 to Rs 30,000, hospitality allowance from Rs 4,000 to Rs 10,000, secretariat assistance allowance to Rs 25,000 and daily allowance from existing Rs 1,000 to Rs 1,500. After which now his total salary has gone up to Rs 1 lakh 72 thousand.</p>
<p>Travel allowance has also been increased The annual travel allowance given to MLAs has also been increased. Now the government will reimburse the annual travel of MLAs up to one lakh rupees. Earlier this amount was Rs 50,000. Along with this, one lakh rupees will also be given for buying laptop, printer and mobile in the office.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Salary Hike In 2023:</strong> Companies in India can increase salary by 10 percent in 2023, which will be half percent more than the average salary increase of 2022. In 2022, companies in India had hiked salaries by an average of 9.5 percent. According to a report, companies are facing tough conditions in the labor market.</p>
<p>The salary budget plan report by Willis Towers Watson, a global advisory, broking and resolution services company, found that companies in India are budgeting for a 10 per cent wage increase during 2022-23. The actual wage increase in the previous year was 9.5 per cent</p>
<p>According to the report, more than half (58 percent) of employers in India have budgeted for higher wage hikes for the current financial year than last year. Of these, a quarter (24.4 percent) did not make any changes to the budget.</p>
<p>The report said that compared to 2021-22, only 5.4 percent have reduced the budget.</p>
<p>According to the report, the highest salary increase in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region will be in India. Next year salaries will increase by six percent in China, four percent in Hong Kong and Singapore.</p>
<p>The report is based on a survey conducted in 168 countries in April and May 2022.
