Apart from this, a government school in Hamirpur district has implemented a dress code for teachers on the lines of private schools. After which now the teachers are coming to school wearing blazers. Along with this, female teachers are coming to school wearing sarees. Due to which the atmosphere of the school seems to have completely changed. This will have a positive impact on the students.

This dress code has been implemented for all the teachers of Government Senior Secondary School, Parol, Bhoranji Sub-Division, under the leadership of Principal Vipin Mahil. Principal of Government School Parol, Vipin Mahil said, “Teachers play the most important role in building the character of the students. When teachers appear disciplined and professional in the school, it will have a positive impact on the students as well.”

Let us tell you that a voluntary dress code has been implemented for teachers in the state last year. On the insistence of the teachers, the principals of many schools advocated the implementation of the dress code by the directorate. After getting approval from the government, this system has been started in many schools of the state.

Now preparations are underway to implement the dress code for teachers in all schools. Under this scheme, a dress code of formal attire can be prescribed for male teachers and saree or simple suit-salwar for female teachers. Dress code is applicable for teachers of government schools in many states of the country.
