7th pay Commission Update: Under the Seventh Pay Commission, the DA Hike of Central Employees has been increased many times in the past, due to which the Dearness Allowance of government employees has increased to 42 percent.

On the other hand, another increase in it is being estimated in July. If the central government increases the dearness allowance of the employees, then there will be a big increase in the salary.

Government is planning to increase DA in July

It is being said in some media reports that big good news is going to come for the central employees in July, because the government can increase the DA. The government had just increased the dearness allowance by 4 percent with effect from January, due to which the dearness allowance and relief is at 42 percent. At the same time, it is being said in the reports that this allowance can be increased by 4 percent or it can be done up to 50 percent.

What will happen after 50% DA

According to the rule of the Seventh Pay Commission, if there is 50 percent dearness allowance, then it will be added to the salary of government employees. This means that the basic salary of the employees will increase. Let us tell you that the Seventh Pay Commission was implemented in 2016 and till then the rule was implemented that if there is 50 percent DA then it will be made zero.

How much will the salary increase if there is 50% DA?

If the DA is made 50 percent by the central government, then a big increase in salary will be seen. Suppose someone’s basic salary is 26 thousand rupees, then 50 percent of it will be 13 thousand rupees. This means that there will be an increase of 13 thousand rupees in the salary and it will be given in addition to the basic salary.

The government increases DA twice a year.

The salary of government employees is increased twice a year by the central government. The hike is done for the first time at the beginning of the year i.e. January 1 and for the second time after six months in July.

8th Pay Commission: Another good news has come for the Central Government Employees. After the 7th Pay Commission, the government is soon going to set up the 8th Pay Commission.

It is believed that next year the salary of central employees can increase by more than 44 percent. Along with this, salary should be reviewed on any other formula other than the Fitment Factor. At the same time, a lot of changes can be seen in this pay commission as compared to the old commission.

On what basis is the salary of the employees calculated?

Under the 7th Pay Commission, at present the minimum salary of the employees is Rs 18,000 and the government had implemented the fitment factor for this salary. There was a lot of opposition to this at that time, but Finance Minister Arun Jaitley believed that some new scales should be used to fix the salary of central employees, due to which the fitment factor was implemented, on which Salary of the employees is calculated.

Salary can be increased from 18,000 to Rs 26,000 directly.

Let us tell you that the fitment factor in the Seventh Pay Commission was 2.57 times, after which the salary of the employees increased by 14.29 percent and due to this increase, the minimum salary of the employees was fixed at Rs 18,000. . At the same time, under the Eighth Pay Commission, it is believed that this time the fitment factor may be 3.68 times, after which the salary of the employees may increase by 44.44 percent. At the same time, the minimum salary of the employees can directly increase from Rs 18,000 to Rs 26,000.

When can 8th pay commission be implemented?

At present, no proposal of any kind has been presented by the Central Government regarding the Eighth Pay Commission. On the other hand, if sources are to be believed, the government can introduce the Eighth Pay Commission in the year 2024 and it can be implemented in the year 2026. Let us tell you that to implement this, the Pay Commission can also be formed in the year 2024. At the same time, experts are assuming that general elections are to be held in the country, so the government can give a big gift to the employees soon.
