Gold Silver Price Today 14 February: Today on Valentine’s Day, you can give gold jewelery to your partner as a gift. Whereas, the price of silver has fallen by Rs 1982 per kg. Today in the bullion market, 24 carat gold opened at Rs 61529 per 10 grams. Whereas, silver opened at the rate of Rs 69060 per kg. Earlier, gold became cheaper by 0.14% on MCX and is trading at Rs 61416 per 10 grams. The future price of silver on March 5 has also fallen by 0.35 percent to Rs 69396 per kg.

Kedia Commodities President Ajay Kedia said that in the year 2018, on Valentine’s Day, the price of 24 carat gold had increased by 1.34 percent. Whereas, it increased by 0.21 percent in 2019 and 0.79 percent in 2020. In the year 2022, the price of gold increased by 1.63 percent and in 2023, it increased by 0.45 percent on 14 February.

Earlier on Tuesday, 24 carat gold had closed at an average price of Rs 62394 in the bullion market. According to the rate of IBJA, 23 carat gold closed at the rate of Rs 62144 per 10 grams. The rate of 22 carat was Rs 57153 and the rate of 18 carat was Rs 46796 per 10 grams. On the other hand, the price of 14 carat gold closed at Rs 36501. Whereas, silver closed at Rs 71042 per kg.

These rates of gold and silver have been issued by India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA). According to IBJA rates, the average price of gold and silver has declined in all the cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore and Patna. GST and jewelery making charges are not applicable on this rate. It is possible that gold and silver may be costlier by Rs 1000 to 2000 in your city.
