Employees come to office for the first three days

The company expects its sales team to work in the office with customers and partners for five days. Earlier, the sales team used to work from the office for three days and work from home for two days.

Dell has said that if the members of the sales team cannot go to Dell’s office, they can continue to work in remote mode. However, the company will take more information from these employees.

Since the Corona epidemic, many tech companies started the work from home mode. But now many tech firms want employees to come to the office two to three days a week. Last week, Amazon.com asked its employees to return to work from the office. The company made it mandatory to work from the office for 3 days.
