Now the sleeper version of Vande Bharat is being awaited. Meanwhile, Vande Bharat with chair car is going to start soon between the capital of Madhya Pradesh and UP.

According to sources, Vande Bharat train can be started soon between Bhopal and Lucknow. This will enable passengers to travel comfortably between the two states. Usually it takes 12 hours to travel by train between Bhopal and Lucknow, but through Vande Bharat this time can be reduced to seven to eight hours. That means passengers will take up to four hours less time with Vande Bharat.

Around 15 trains run on this route, but tickets are not available easily during the festive season. The distance between the two cities is more than 700 km. With the new Vande Bharat, this distance will be covered in less time. The new Vande Bharat will have eight chair car coaches, in which 564 passengers will be able to travel. It has not been officially announced yet when this Vande Bharat will run between the two cities, but the train can be started soon.

Inauguration of Katra to Kashmir rail link postponed

At the same time, the inauguration program of Udhampur Srinagar Baramulla Rail Project (USBRL) in Jammu and Kashmir has been postponed due to bad weather. Vande Bharat train will also run on this route. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was scheduled to inaugurate the world’s tallest Chenab Rail Bridge and Anji Khad Rail Bridge on April 19 and flag off the special Kashmir edition of Vande Bharat Express from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra to Srinagar.

For this, the Prime Minister was scheduled to go to Chenab Rail Bridge and then Anji Khad Bridge and two helipads were built for this, but due to adverse weather from April 19 to April 22, it would not have been possible for the Prime Minister to go. Sources said that the new date for the inauguration program is likely to be fixed in the last week of April or early May.
