• Now click on Photograph option.
• You will be asked to fill your name, address and voter ID card number.

• Now upload your recent passport size photo.
• Once you upload the photo, you will be asked to enter your email ID, phone number and location name.
• Enter the date you are submitting this request.
• Enter the date the request was submitted.
• You will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number and email ID.
• The corrections made will be visible to you in the next voter list or scrutiny after 30 days.

What is the online process of changing photo on Voter ID?

First Step- To update your recent photo on Voter ID, you must first go to the National Voters Service Portal through its website. There you have to click on the option of Voter Portal.

Second Step- In the second step, you have to click on the option of Correction in Voter ID. You will then be redirected to Voter Mitra Chatbot for further assistance.

3rd Step- Now if you have Voter ID number then enter it and if you do not have Voter ID number then click on the option of ‘No, I do not have Voter ID number’.

Fifth Step- If you do not have the Voter ID number, then you will have to enter the details of the Electoral Roll on the next page. Once you fill your details it will list your Voter ID details. You will have to select your Voter ID from that list and verify the details. You will then be asked the reason for applying for the correction.

Sixth Step- In its next step, you have to tick the entry which you want to correct. After this you have to enter the details of the entry which you want to change or update. You can do this process with or without Aadhaar number.

Seventh Step- In the next step, you will have to click on the option of Save and Continue by putting your photo. In the final step you will be issued a ticket number.
