This time the monsoon has brought a big change in the weather by knocking before time across the country. According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), while every year the monsoon reaches the entire country by July 8, this time this process has been completed 9 days earlier.

With the monsoon becoming fully active, heavy rains have started in many states. Due to this, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy to very heavy rains for different parts of the country. Warnings have also been issued for strong winds, thunderstorms and lightning in different areas.

There is a possibility of heavy rainfall in many states in the coming days, due to which people need to be alert. Let us know how active the monsoon is in which parts of the country and which states can witness heavy rains.

Heavy rain alert in Jharkhand , Odisha and Central India

Monsoon is getting stronger in East and Central India. On 29 and 30 June, some parts of Jharkhand may receive more than 20 cm of rain. Similarly, heavy to very heavy rain is also expected in Odisha on 29 June. Apart from this, intermittent heavy rain will continue in Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh till 5 July. During this period, there is a possibility of rain accompanied by strong winds (30–40 kmph), lightning and thunder.

Heavy rain warning in Uttarakhand and Himachal

The weather department’s forecast for North India is also giving serious indications. Heavy to very heavy rains are possible in Uttarakhand from 29 June to 3 July and in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana on 29-30 June. Rains will also be heavy in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan on selected days. Due to this, landslides and waterlogging may occur, especially in hilly areas.

Heavy rains in Konkan, Maharashtra and Gujarat

Monsoon is in full swing in western India as well. Heavy rains are forecast for the next seven days in Konkan and Goa, Ghat areas of central Maharashtra and Gujarat. Heavy rains are also expected in Marathwada on 29 and 30 June. This time can be very important for crops and water sources due to the monsoon being active in this region.

Continuous rain with thunder and lightning

Heavy to very heavy rains will continue in Northeast India between July 2 and July 5. There is also a possibility of lightning and strong winds along with light to moderate rains in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. There is also a need to keep an eye on the water level of the rivers here.

Coastal and inland areas will get wet in Kerala-Karnataka

Monsoon is gradually becoming active in South India. Heavy rains may occur in Kerala and Mahe on 29 June, 3 and 4 July. Apart from this, heavy rains are also expected in many parts of Karnataka between 2 and 5 July. During this time, strong winds of 40–50 km per hour will blow in the region and the waves in the sea will be high.

The system has spread throughout the country

This year, the monsoon has entered all the states before time. The monsoon made a full entry in Rajasthan, West Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and the rest of Delhi by June 28. Currently, the monsoon trough line extends through Ferozepur, Sonipat, Ayodhya, Gaya and Purulia to the Bay of Bengal, where a low-pressure system is also formed. This has led to continuous rain conditions.

Be alert, especially in mountainous and riverside areas

According to the IMD report, the weather pattern will keep changing in different parts of the country for the next 5–7 days. In such a situation, the administration and citizens need to be alert, especially in landslide prone areas, waterlogged areas and low lying plains.

It is very hot these days, which is breaking the record of the last nine years. The temperature remains high both during the day and night. The Meteorological Department has said that this time the monsoon may arrive late. According to senior meteorologist Dr. A. Satar, it will be hot from 12,13,14,15,16 June to 20 June and the monsoon may arrive by 20 June.

The reason for this is that the low pressure could not be formed in the Bay of Bengal and the Andaman region, which helps the monsoon to advance on time. Also, the warm air from northwestern India could not come, which pulls the monsoon. Therefore, the monsoon line remains in its place and it may take a few more days for rain to come in Bihar.

Monsoon activities have already started in some places, but rain is likely to start in the entire state only after June 20. If a new low pressure is formed in the Bay of Bengal in the next three to five days, then the monsoon will come early, otherwise farmers may have to wait for sowing paddy.

There may be light rain with thunder in some places in the coming two days. There will be light clouds in the sky in North Bihar and the weather will remain mostly dry. The temperature will be between 38-40 degrees Celsius and the night temperature will be around 25-26 degrees Celsius.

The effect of heat will be felt more due to high humidity in the air both during day and night. The humidity in the morning will be between 75 to 85 percent and in the afternoon it will be between 35 to 45 percent. The wind speed will be around 20 to 25 kilometers per hour.

The post IMD issued warning, heat wave will continue till 12,13,14,15,16 June, know the weather condition first appeared on Rightsofemployees.com.

Rain Alert: Due to western disturbance and cyclonic circulation, there is a period of rain and snowfall from Delhi, Rajasthan to Arunachal Pradesh-Himachal Pradesh. The Meteorological Department has also issued an alert.

Meteorologist Soma Rai said that due to seasonal activities, the temperature in North India may fall by one or two degrees. However, there is a possibility of increase in temperature after this. In the past few days, there was a change in the weather due to two western disturbances. Due to this, light rain was recorded in many areas including Delhi. Cold also increased in many states.

Western disturbance is going to be active again

The Meteorological Department has predicted that another Western Disturbance will become active on 8 February. Due to this, the weather will change in many states of North India and North West India including Delhi, UP, Rajasthan. He said that a turf has formed over Pakistan which is moving towards the east. Due to this, seasonal activity will increase in India. Due to Western Disturbance, snowfall may continue in the North-Western Himalayas from 8 to 12 or 13th. In the next few hours, there may be torrential rain with some thunderstorms in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam.

Winter season continues in Rajasthan

There is severe cold in many districts of Rajasthan. The period of cold continues in many parts of Rajasthan. Yesterday, i.e. on Thursday, cold wave swept many areas of Jaipur and Kota. The minimum temperature was recorded below 10 degrees at many places across the state.

Minimum temperature in Delhi below double digit

Due to western disturbance, the minimum temperature in the country’s capital Delhi was recorded at 8.2 degrees Celsius on Thursday, which is 1.2 degrees less than the average temperature of this season. Earlier, the minimum temperature of Delhi was being recorded above double digits. The Meteorological Department estimates that due to the activation of the new western disturbance, strong winds may blow in Delhi between 8 and 12 February. Apart from this, there is also a possibility of rain. Dry weather may occur once again from February 13.

The Meteorological Department has said that there is no indication about the upcoming winter. The department has predicted that the weather will remain hot even in November. Talking to the media, Director General of the India Meteorological Department, Mrityunjay Mahapatra said that due to no western disturbance and active low pressure systems in the Bay of Bengal, the weather is not getting cold. He said that this is why the weather is still hot even after the beginning of November.

1901 broken record

IMD Director General Mrityunjay Mahapatra said that the average temperature in October was recorded at 26.92 degrees Celsius. This temperature is the hottest temperature in the country since 1901.
The IMD director said that there will be no significant drop in temperature for the next two weeks. At least for the next two weeks, the temperature in the northwestern plains will remain 2 to 5 degrees above normal. He said that after this the temperature will gradually start falling.

It will rain in South India

Cold will knock in North India from November 15 onwards, while rain is expected in South India in November. The Meteorological Department has said that the South Peninsula may receive rain in the month of November due to the north-eastern monsoon. The IMD has said that heavy rains may occur in many other areas including Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, Kerala. The Meteorological Office has said that except for some areas of North West India and Central India, most parts of the country are expected to receive more than normal rainfall.

These days, including the country’s capital Delhi, most of the states of India are witnessing scorching heat from the month of February itself. In some places in Delhi, the minimum temperature reached 18 to 20 degrees.

However, the temperature that is being felt in the month of February is similar to that seen in late March or early April. But along with all this, there is news that the Meteorological Department has told that in the next few hours in which states of the country there is a possibility of rain.

April-like heat in the capital Delhi

Feeling April-like heat in the capital Delhi If you believe the Meteorological Department, this time in February the record of the last several years has also been broken. If we talk, today the minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 14 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature was recorded at 30 degree Celsius. At the same time, a slight drop in the minimum temperature will be recorded throughout this week.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rains in parts of Arunachal Pradesh and Northeast Assam today. Rain is expected in the Northeast tomorrow i.e. on February 23 as well. However, IMD has warned that due to the heatwave in the coming days, the temperature may break records. On the other hand, in the coming time, the sky, slow wind speed and the change of wind direction towards the south-east can be due to the increase in temperature. However, there is no possibility of any type of western disturbance in the coming time.

Why is it so hot in february

According to the Meteorological Department, usually very strong western disturbances were seen in February. Because of which rain was seen in most of the states of the country. But this time, instead of any strong, weak Western disturbances are becoming active. Due to which the increase in temperature is also being seen. Due to this, there was neither rain in the plains nor snowfall in the mountains.

Clouds will rain in these states

The Meteorological Department has predicted lightning at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Manipur on Wednesday. Along with this, there may be hailstorm in Northeast Assam. Maximum temperatures are likely to be 3 to 5 degrees above normal over northwest, central and west India during the next five days. At the same time, there will not be any significant change in the maximum temperature over the rest of the country during the next 5 days.

The post IMD issued alert, heavy rain alert in these 10 districts in 24 hours, know the weather condition of your city first appeared on Rightsofemployees.com.

IMD Rainfall Alert: Even though the heat is setting new records in many states including the national capital Delhi, there are still some states where the rainy season continues.

The Meteorological Department has issued a rain warning in the eastern states for the next three days. On the other hand, heat wave warnings were withdrawn at isolated places in Kutch and Konkan regions of Gujarat as sea breeze brought down the temperature in these areas.

According to the Meteorological Department, between February 21 and 23, light to moderate rains may occur over the northeastern states. Apart from this, an alert for heavy rain has been issued in Arunachal Pradesh on 21 and 22 February. However, there is no sign of any major change in the weather of other parts of the country for the next four to five days.

Talking about the weather of the last 24 hours, the maximum temperature between 36-38 degree Celsius was recorded in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Konkan region. The maximum temperature was above average in both the states and in the western Himalayan region.

Apart from this, the minimum temperature was above normal in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and West Rajasthan. Whereas, light rains were recorded over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya and Nagaland.

What will be the temperature for the next 24 hours?

According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in Gujarat during the next 24 hours can be between 36 and 38 degrees Celsius. Apart from this, a drop of two to three degrees Celsius in the maximum temperature can be recorded in the states of western India for the next three days. After that there will be no major change. At the same time, there is not going to be a major change in the weather in the rest of the country for the next five days.

Heat wave alert withdrawn

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Monday withdrew heat wave alert at isolated places in Kutch and Konkan regions as sea breeze brought down the temperature in these areas. The Meteorological Department had said on Sunday that there is a possibility of heat wave in Kutch and Konkan for the next two days. Officials had said that the heat wave alert in these areas has been issued much ahead of time. IMD senior scientist Naresh Kumar said, “The sky is clear in these areas due to the lack of strong western disturbance. A weak Western Disturbance has affected only the Western Himalayan region, mainly Jammu and Kashmir.
