क्‍या होगा जब किसी कर्मचारी को बिना तनख्‍वाह दिये काम से निकाल दिया जाये या फिर अचानक काम से निकाल दिया जाये
या फिर ऐसा करार बनाये जिसमें कर्मचारी को बिना तनख्‍वाह के काम कराना पडे या फिर अनबन्‍ध की शर्ते ऐसी हो कि कर्मचारी को काम तो करना पडे मगर काम का फल ना निकलने पर उसे पगार ना दी जाये
आजकल सेल्‍स के काम में नियोक्‍ता  कर्मचारी की भर्ती तो करते है मगर टार्गेट के नाम पर कर्मचारी का खून चूस लेते है
टार्गेट पूरा ना होने पर कर्मचारी को पगार तक नहीं देते और काम से भी निकाल देते है
हमारे देश में ऐसा कोई कानून नहीं है जो इस कूप्रथा को रोक सके
कानून में ऐसा कोई प्रावधान नहीं होने की वजह से नियोक्‍ता कर्मचारी का मानसिक और शारिरीक रूप से शोषण करता रहता है
एक आदमी नौकरी ना होने की वजह से वैसे ही परेशान रहता है मगर जब नौकरी हो और पगार मिलने की सम्‍भावना ना के बराबर हो तो उस आदमी का मानसिक सन्‍तुलन कैसा रहेगा क्‍या असर पडेगाा उस आदमी के दिमाग पर वह अपने परिवार के साथ कैसे पेश आयेगा यह कोइे भी जानना नहीं चाहता है

					<description><![CDATA[i am also facing non salary issue from my employer, i am interested to file a case against 
 employer and interested to create a group of non salary employees. those such are suffering from non payment due to (intentionally fraudulent or dishonest intent of employer). there is a paragraph mentioned in my offer letter &quot; monthly 12/13 visits or one booking 0f 100 sqyd plot. this is totally one sided clause and cant possible each month. employer is also involved in &quot;selling of freehold unauthorised land in area where govt has banned such activities&quot;. but i cannot raise such issue just because he is a &quot;dabang, bahubali&quot; man in that area. he has a lots of contacts and i can face lost of life, danger to me or my family by him if i am doing so. what should i do. target based jobs doesnt means not paying salry to employee. i wants people to be added in my group and suport me for rasing a voice against this harrassment,unlawful practice by employer.  i have not created any group yet but i am planning ot do so. should i start this group.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[A Company like Golden Edge Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Office at B4 Sector 6 Noida, is a very fraud company, Total communication is verbal, No Joining Letter, Negotiation of salary is verbal, First Payment after 2 - 3 months, Not paying the negotiated payment, After resignation from the company no releasing letter, Company putting Froud case against the employee. No one employee is happy in the organization. Company started cheating with all the employees. None of the employee has got the clearance and final settlement after leaving the organization. In spite of this loosing 2-6 months salary by all leaving employees. Company has deducted 12% against the PF deduction and actual deposit of PF amount is any lesser amount without adding the employer contribution or else not deposited to PF office also. All types of chitting is being done by the Employer. I (Niranjan Prasad) is one of the looser among them. I had worked as a site In charge of NTPC Gadarwara Power Plant and continued up to 29 months, I was being force to resign as company was not disbursing my salary since last more than six months. Their expectation with employee to work without salary. After resignation neither company has given the release letter. nor issue the no dues certificate from the departments or site. Any body having better idea to over come with the situation please advise accordingly.]]></description>

I was working in wipro infotech as on contract basis. i had always reminded to manager for Wipro payroll conversion but no response from their end. After completed 4 yrs, my manager has extended my contract for two months and told me that your core will be done during this period but i don&#039;t know why was not done my wipro payroll conversion  and again extended my contract for 2 months more but again not done core conversion. 
Suddenly i got a call from manager that your partner roll has not extended. so,don&#039;t come office from tomorrow 
And now i am not working from last one month. how can i do complaint against this case. Please suggest us if you guide me. No one is helping here.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I have worked with an organization for exactly 1 yr 11 days. As per my offer letter, there was a fixed Rs. X amount of retention bonus, where in 50% of x shall be given against completion of 6 months &#038; balance 50% of X against completion of a year from the date of joining along with the salary. 
Note: The retention is no where connected to performance or any such.
Of which the 1st set of retention bonus was paid after completion of my 6 months tenure. Exactly 20 days before completion of the year, I was told that the company is down sizing &#038; was suggested to explore on opportunities outside. Against mutual consent I have got relieved in a months time, i.e my tenure of stay was 1 yr 10 days. However now the company denies paying me the remaining 50% of retention amount. The organization is denying saying it shall be counted as notice period and the notice duration is not counted in the tenure. But it is no where mentioned in the offer letter that, notice period is not counted under tenure of stay.
Can I do something about it. Please suggest.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Dear Friends, before approaching to Labour officer or filing case against firm, please ensure to keep all the documents (from initial offer letter, pay slips, bank statements, resignation/termination/relieving letter, etc.,) and conversation mails - All these proofs are useful to fight against employer. Because now a days, employers are not paying full an final settlement amount also. So be proactive and smart enough to get our money back (dues) from employer. As per CTC structure employers are not paying salaries and showing many deductions.

I have been working in Dept. of Telecom on contract basis through J.B. Security, Dwarika, New Delhi since 2016. Obstructing right to living by honest means and emotional trauma due to non-payment.beleivew me your owner will get goose bumps when he gets this notice by court he will be given time.to reply and then before that he will pay your dues. Located Suit # 217 &#038; 218, SDF Building Block EP &#038; GP, Sector-V, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700 091 (http://www.induslogix.in). This company make their employees work for 10-12 hours shift (Morning &#038; Night) if by any means any employee fails to meet their target their salary is put on hold or the person gets a termination letter but they don’t get their salary. Even after repeated calls made to they still they don’t pay any head to them, I am one of the victim and few of my other friends who have not got their salary till now, even we approached the police station in Salt Lake but after talking to the Officer In-charge it was very clear that the police was not paying attention to our pleas and we did not even lodge an FIR as we all gave up.
Thanks to you people please advise as to what to do in this kind of situation, I was so frustrated that I was feeling like go and hit the owner but that will go against us so we kept our calm, please show us some way so that we can save someone else from being victim like us in the hands of like these employers.]]></description>
