In reply to YTG. In India Everything happens only in Papers In reality no one will implement. If you complain then again you have to pay money Lawyers and Police. Without money they will not work. They are assisted to work only for Rich and politicians people.

Hi, after learning, start your own business, this is India, lots of people in the queue, and stop to make children, if you earn 100000 a month that can go for children. after 3 /4 years experience in any field, you may able to make that money, it’s not easy but you can. Here no one pays what you want, only you know your value.

yes, really it is difficult to work a day & after that Uncertain hours for make people to give facilitate but it is reverse, in reverse get little money for a day of work, employees facing problem for that, and it is more difficult for the remuneration which were so minimum. On the other hand moving to abroad as the assets
is more greater than from it, In India it is to much as you seen.

There is no labour law applicable in India for staff employees working in Establishments. Most of the employers are taking work from their employees as they desire after payikng minimum consolidated salary. There is no personal or social life of these employees. No authority can do anything in this regard, as they are busy in their own business.

Those who complaining first take this issue with immediate supervisor or department manager. If no response, email company HR. if not, write a complaint letter to Labour dept chief inspector. Those who cannot complaint for earning money cannot speak here.

yes sure nobody will care for us….. And government people have all the facilities. But what about us? Nothing what ever we work for over time we will get only 50rs per hour thats our value…. I think every employees are facing this problem… In this 7000 or 8000 what we can for a monthly expenses… this all bull shit things… they are taking our money and giving back to us itself…. it really sucks me… because of these reasons only so many will go for abroad and some other foriegn countries to settle themelfes…. To take our money now this stupid election has been started…. GST omg it kills everyone…. worst govt…
