Visit Aadhaar Portal: First go to myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in .
Login: Login using your Aadhaar number and OTP received on your registered mobile number.
Check the data: Look carefully at the identity and address information displayed in your profile.
Confirm: If your information is correct, click on the ‘I verify that the above details are correct’ tab.
Select Identity Proof: Select the identity proof you want to submit from the drop-down menu.
Upload Identity Proof: Upload your identity proof (file size should be less than 2 MB; in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format).
Select Address Proof: Now select the address proof you want to upload.
Upload Proof of Address: Upload your proof of address (file size should be less than 2 MB; in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format).
Agree: Now click on Submit button.
