Bank Holiday on Saturday 31 May 2025: As per the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), banks in India remain closed on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month and all Sundays.
Also, banks remain closed on all Sundays, national and local holidays. However, banks remain open on the fifth Saturday. Today is the fifth Saturday on 31 May 2025. Banks function normally on the 5th Saturday. That is, if you have to go to the bank branch today to get some work done, you can do it.
