CBSE Board 2025 10th and 12th Result: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the 12th class result today. Students can check their results on the official websites – cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, and results.cbse.nic.in. Know here how to check the result.
How to check result – Step by step guide
- Visit cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.gov.in.
- Click on the link CBSE 10th Result 2025 or CBSE 12th Result 2025
- Enter Roll Number, School Number, Admit Card ID and Date of Birth
- Your result will appear on the screen
- Download it and take a print or screenshot for future reference
How to check result from DigiLocker?
- Download the DigiLocker app or visit digilocker.gov.in
- Login with Aadhaar number
- Go to the Pull Partner Documents section
- Select CBSE Board
- Click on CBSE Class 10/12 Marksheet 2025
- Enter roll number and passing year
- Click on Save to Locker to save.

Above 90%: A1 (Outstanding)
80% to 90%: A2 (Excellent)
70% to 80%: B1 (Very Good)
60% to 70%: B2 (Good)
50% to 60%: C (Above Average)
40% to 50%: D (Average)
33% to 40%: E (Fair)
Less than 33%: F (Fail)
How many students appeared in the exam this year?
This year more than 44 lakh students have appeared for CBSE board exams. Out of these, around 24.12 lakh students are from class 10 and 17.88 lakh students are from class 12. Last year the pass percentage of class 12 was 87.98% and that of class 10 was 93.60%.

What to do if you fail?
If a student fails in one or two subjects then he/she can appear for compartment exam which is likely to be held in July 2025. Students are advised to avoid rumours and check their results only on the official website of CBSE.
